Foot Operated Valve

Air Flow Control Valve is a valve that controls fluid flow by changing the throttling section or throttling length. The Air Flow Control Valve aand the check valve can be combined in series to form a one-way throttle valve. Air Flow Control Valve and one-way throttle valve are simple flow control valves. In the hydraulic system of fixed pump, Air Flow Control Valve and relief valve cooperate to form three kinds of throttle speed control system, that is, inlet throttle speed control system, return throttle speed control system and bypass throttle speed control system. Air Flow Control Valve has no flow negative feedback function, can not compensate for the speed instability caused by load changes, generally used only in applications where the load does not change much or the speed stability is not high.
1. The structure is relatively simple, easy to manufacture and maintain, low cost.
2. The adjustment accuracy is not high, can not be used for adjustment.
3. The sealing surface is easy to be eroded and can not be used as cutting medium.
4. Poor sealing.
