The working principle of diaphragm type pressure switch:
When the pressure in the system is higher or lower than the rated safety pressure, the disc in the sensor instantaneously moves, and the switch connector is switched on or off by connecting the guide rod, when the pressure drops to or rises the rated recovery value, the disc resets instantaneously, the switch resets automatically, or when the measured pressure exceeds the rated value, the free end of the elastic element is displaced, and the switching element is pushed directly or after comparison to change the on/off state of the switching element to achieve the purpose of controlling the measured pressure. The elastic elements used in diaphragm type pressure switches have single-coil spring tube, diaphragm, diaphragm capsule, and sylphon, etc.
