Installation and use of
AW2000
1. When installing, please pay attention to cleaning the connecting pipes and joints, and avoid bringing dirt into the air piping.
2. When installing, please pay attention to whether the direction of air flow is consistent with the arrow direction on the body, and whether the pipe and the thread are correct.
3. Pressure adjustment: Pull up the pressure knob, rotate clockwise, and pressure rises, rotate counterclockwise, pressure drop. Adjust to the required pressure and press the pressure knob to be locked state.
4. Water discharge: When there is no air pressure, the water is automatically discharged. When there is air pressure, the drainage column will be pushed upward, then water discharged, after drainage, the drainage column will be released, the drainage column is automatically struck down, and the drainage ends. When the water level exceeds the upper limit, drain immediately, otherwise it will cause bad dehumidification.
5. Oil volume adjustment: Clockwise rotation of the needle valve reduces the amount of dripping oil, and counterclockwise rotation of the needle valve increases the amount of dripping oil. After adjust air flow and set the needle valve, the air flow rate is large, the amount of oil dropping is large; air flow is small, the amount of oil dropping is small.
6. Refueling method: AW2000 can not close the air pipeline for refueling operations, turn the fuel screw counterclockwise, the volume should not exceed 80% of the cup when refueling. Screw up the fuel screw tightly after adding oil. Do not refueling directly when the oil bowl is unloaded.
Maintenance of AW2000
1. Clean / replace the filter screen: remove the filter screen of AW2000 and use air to blow it from inside to outside, so that it can be reused.
2. Transparent PC bowl: Remove the PC bowl and wipe it with a clean dry cloth. Do not use any chemicals that will destroy the PC material to clean it.
