The function of the
A/B Series Air Filter
is to filter out all kinds of impurities such as solid particles, moisture and oil in the air. The working principle of
Pneumatic Air Filter AF is that when compressed air enters the A/B Series Air Filter
from the inlet, strong rotation occurs due to the guide of the cyclone blade. Under the action of centrifugal force, large particles of solid impurities, liquid water droplets and oil droplets mixed in the air are thrown onto the inner surface of the filter shell and settle down to the bottom along the wall under the action of gravity, discharged by manual or automatic drainer. The air further clears the solid particles through the filter element, and the clean air outputs from the output port. The baffle can prevent the vortex of the airflow from rolling up the sewage and cause secondary pollution.
