AF Air Filter: AF2000-01; AF2000-02; AF3000-02; AF3000-03; AF4000-03; AF4000-04; AF4000-06; AF5000-06; AF5000-10; AF2000-02 series air filter is one of the compressed air source treatment components, is to separate the water and solid particles in the compressed air to achieve the purification function, thus providing a clean gas source for the gas equipment. Now Pneumatic Air Filter AF is also known as: compressed air filter, air source filter, instrument air filter, water filter, oil-water separator, etc.

Matters needing attention for AF Air Filter

(1) AF Air Filter should be used in situations where pressure is not pulsating.
(2) The pressure drop on both sides of the filter should be measured by differential pressure meter. When the pressure drop is greater than 0.1MPa, the filter element should be replaced.
(3) Vertical installation. When the liquid level is visible from the observation window, the manual drain valve should be opened to drain water.
(4) When using the automatic drainer, the outer diameter of the drain pipe should be 10mm and the length should be less than 5m. If the air compressor power is less than 3.7kW, the normally closed automatic drainer must be used. If you use a normally open automatic drainer, it is possible not to stop outward exhaust.
(5) The AF2000-02 filter on the main pipe can be equipped with a filter core blocking indicator. When the pressure drop at both ends of the AF2000-02 filter is greater than 0.1MPa, the red indicator is completely exposed, and the filter element should be replaced at this time.
Installed in the main pipe. Remove oil, water and dust from compressed air to improve the working efficiency of downstream dryer and prolong the use time of precision filter.
