Execute the AirTAC Standard Double Rod Compact Air Cylinder
The Double Rod Compact Air Cylinder SDAD body and the rear cover, the piston and the piston rod adopt the riveting structure, which makes the cylinder compact and reliable.
The inner diameter of the SDAD Double Rod Compact Air Cylinder body is processed by rolling and then treated with hard oxidation, which has good wear resistance and good durability.
The piston seal adopts the special two-way seal structure, which is compact in size and has oil storage function.
Compact structure can effectively save installation space.
The magnetic induction switch groove is arranged around the cylinder body, and the induction switch is convenient to install.
Various types of cylinder are available.
Storage: The cylinders should be placed in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent moisture and rust.
Before installation, test it under no-load conditions, and can be installed after it works normally.
Select the installation form according to the use conditions. When installing, please pay attention to:
A: The earrings installation and the intermediate shaft pin installation, their forces should be in the same plane.
B: Flange installation, its force is on the same axis as the bearing center, the connection between the flange and the bearing seat should make the flange surface bear the force instead of the fixed screws bear the pull.
C: The cylinder piston rod is not allowed to bear partial load or lateral load. Ultra long stroke cylinders should add bearing or guiding device.
Before the Compact Pneumatic Cylinder is connected to the pipeline, the dirt inside the pipeline must be removed. Prevent debris and dust from entering the cylinder cavity.
If necessary, the buffer core can be adjusted to adjust the buffering effect to avoid collision between piston and cylinder head and damage to the machine parts. The fasteners should be checked frequently during the use to prevent loosening.
The diameter of the inlet and exhaust pipe joints of the cylinder generally correspond to the cylinder bore. The user installs the one-way throttle valve in the inlet and exhaust pipe to regulate the movement speed of the cylinder piston rod according to the service conditions.
Product characteristics: Thin and light, easy to install, easy to maintain, the assembly groove is reserved on the periphery of the body, so that the magnetic switch is very simple in installation, fixing and position adjustment.
