Overview for Metal Check Valve AKB
The AKB Metal Check Valve with One Touch Fitting is a quick coupling for air piping and pneumatic tools. It can be used to connect or disconnect pipes without tools.
The following points should be noted when using hoses and hose connectors:
1. When designing the hose path, the space position of the pipeline installation and commissioning should be ensured to avoid the interference of the mechanical device on the pipeline.
2. Apply compressed air to remove impurities from hoses and fittings before taking over.
3. The wiring should be neat and tidy, group numbering, bundling, easy to check. Attention should be paid to the working environment temperature of the hose, which directly affects the pressure resistance of the hose and the reliability of the work.
4. Do not exceed the required length of the hose to reduce air pressure loss in the pipeline. If the radius of curvature of the pipeline is above the specified value, the bent part should not be too close to the joint to avoid leakage and avoid twisting of the hose.
5. Pay attention to the appropriate tightening torque when tightening the threaded pipe joints. The allowable tightening torques are listed in the table below.
