The output torque and output power of MAL Mini Air Cylinder are more stable. Increasing the number of cylinders can make the air car easier to start, and the acceleration response is better. In order to improve the performance of air car, the number of cylinders must be increased.
1. No lubrication: Using oil-containing powder metallurgy copper as the axle bearing, so that the piston rod does not need lubrication.
2. Durability: The front and rear covers of the MAL Mini Air Cylinder body are treated by anodic hard oxidation, not only has corrosion resistance, but also the appearance is more compact and exquisite.
3. High temperature resistance: The MAL Mini Air Cylinder uses high temperature sealing material to make the cylinder work normally at 150℃.
4. Variety of installation modes.
5. With magnetic: There is a permanent magnet on the cylinder piston, which can trigger the induction switch installed on the cylinder to sense the position of the MAL Mini Air Cylinder.

1. Manufactured by our enterprise, adopt aluminum cylinder body.
2. Front and back cover and cylinder tube are connected by threads.
3. Piston adopts heterogenous two-way seal structure. It has compact size and has the function of grease reservation.
4. Front cover adopts self-lubrication bearing guide that has good performance of lubrication and guide.
5. There are several modes of back cover, which makes the installation of cylinder more convenient.
6. There are cylinder and mounting accessories with several specifications for customers' choice.
7. It has sufficient strength and rigidity, small deformation, ensure the position of all moving parts is correct, run normally, and low vibration noise.
8. With good cooling performance. There are cooling water around the cylinder to allow cooling water to take away heat.
9. Wear resistance, to ensure that the cylinder block has enough service life. The upper part of the MAL Mini Air Cylinder is a parallel cylinder barrel. The lower part of the cylinder block is a crankcase for installing the crankshaft. The outer part can also install various accessories such as generators, engine brackets, etc. MAL Mini Air Cylinder block is mostly made of cast iron or aluminum alloy. Aluminum alloy cylinder has higher cost, but it has light weight and good cooling performance, so it is more and more widely used. The body is the skeleton of the engine, and is the installation basis of the engine mechanism and various systems. All the main parts and accessories of the engine are installed inside and outside, bearing various loads. Therefore, the body must have enough strength and rigidity. The body group is mainly composed of cylinder block, crankcase, cylinder head and cylinder cushion and others.
