Flow restrictor / Flow control valve / Throttle valve AS2000-01/02 Product introduction:
The flow restrictor is a throttle valve with pressure compensation. It is composed of differential pressure reducing valve and throttle valve in series.
The pressures p2 and p3 before and after the restrictor are respectively led to the right and left ends of the pressure reducing valve spool. When the load pressure p3 increases, the hydraulic pressure acting on the left end of the pressure reducing valve spool increases, and the spool moves to the right, the pressure reducing port is increased, the pressure drop is reduced, and p2 is also increased, so that the pressure difference (p2-p3) of the throttle valve remains unchanged; and vice versa. This keeps the flow of the flow restrictor constant (not affected by the load).
The Flow restrictor is a combined valve composed of differential pressure reducing valve and throttle valve in series. The throttle valve is used to adjust the flow rate, and the differential pressure reducing valve automatically compensates for the influence of the load change, so that the pressure difference of the throttle valve is constant, eliminating the influence of load changes on the flow.
