4A Pneumatic Solenoid Valve Turn on the power, when the pump reaches the normal speed, gradually open the valve on the outlet.
When the valve on the outlet is closed, the continuous operation time of the pump should not exceed 3 minutes.
During start-up and operation, it is necessary to observe instrument readings, bearing heating, packing leakage and heating, and vibration and noise of pumps.
The bearing high temperature is not more than 80℃, and the bearing temperature must not exceed 40℃.
The amount of leakage water at the mechanical seal should be ≤5ml/h.
The bearing oil level should be kept in the normal position, not too high or too low. When it is found to be too low, the oil should be added in time, N32 oil. However, the oil level cannot be higher than 1/2 of the sight glass.
When the clearance between the sealing ring and the impeller is excessively worn (single-sided clearance exceeds 0.5 mm), the new sealing ring should be replaced.
The clearance between two ends of the coupling circle is measured with a plunger and a dial gauge. The gap between the large and small gaps on a circle does not exceed 0.3mm, and the degree of eccentricity is not more than 0.1 mm.
Gradually close the outlet valve and cut off the power.
