During the initial operation of the electrical linear actuator, the metal contacts directly with the micro-bumps on the relative moving surface, and the oil film is not easy to form, resulting in dry friction. In this situation, direct high-speed operation with load will inevitably cause serious wear and tear, scratch, and "bite cylinder" phenomenon. Therefore, the initial operation of natural gas engine must be run-in.
The so-called running-in process is to make the air cylinder actuator run for a certain period of time under no-load, low speed and partial load conditions, and make the cylinder liner and piston ring cooperate with each other, so as to eliminate the surface micro-roughness, and gradually form an oil wedge which is conducive to the establishment of oil film and improve the lubrication conditions. A good running-in air cylinder actuator can greatly reduce the wear and tear of the cylinder liner in normal operation and improve its service life. It should be pointed out that when the air cylinder actuator has run-in process before leaving the factory, it is not necessary to carry out this process for a long time in use.

If a section is not accessible, the section will automatically change from normal program to fault program.
