2. Installation form

4. Piston stroke

5. Piston speed
China air cylinder actuator mainly depends on the compressed air flow rate of the cylinder input, the size of the intake and exhaust ports of the cylinder and the diameter of the inner diameter of the pipe. High speed motion should be taken at large value. The cylinder speed is generally 50 to 800mm/s. For high-speed cylinders, large inner diameter intake pipes should be selected; for the case of load change, in order to obtain slow and stable movement speed, choosing throttle device or gas-liquid damper cylinder is easier to achieve speed control. The swing cylinder is quick and easy to select. When choosing throttle valve to control cylinder speed, attention should be paid to: exhaust throttle speed regulation is recommended when the cylinder installed horizontally drives the load; intake throttle speed regulation is recommended when the cylinder installed vertically lifts the load; and the China air cylinder actuator with buffer device should be selected when the end of stroke is required to move smoothly to avoid impact.
